Great (computer geeks) mockery gifts
No commentsBy Gen Federico
Sentimental and thoughtful gifts are great, however nothing livens up an event or puts a smile on someones face like a funny present, and the funniest presents of all are the ones which make a mockery of somebody. There are many ways you can mock somebody with a present, and one of the most common ways is to choose something which they really like, but is a little embarrassing.
This could range from a music band or television show, right through to a type of clothing or accessory. Buying them something related to this is a great way to make them smile, whilst still giving them something they actually like. Another way to mock somebody is by copying a catchphrase or saying which regularly comes out of their mouth. Everybody has something they do or say, whether it be mannerisms or turns of phrase, that they say all the time and is their trademark saying.
A fake newspaper is a brilliant way to make a mockery of both of these things and more. At In The Paper we have a fake newspaper for every occasion so you can mock as much as you desire. A fake newspaper is ideal for a bespoke present as each one can be unique and tailored completely towards the recipient. If you have a slightly more devious mind, then another good way of mocking somebody is to pretend you are doing one thing for their birthday for instance, but then actually be doing another. Obviously this should be nice things, but also fun things. Perhaps you could take a friend for a pole dancing lesson if they think they are something special, or someone who is rubbish in the kitchen could be sent on a cookery course. All these things are genuinely nice and useful, with just that touch of humour.

Already Marketing On The Internet?
By Christian Mina A
Think a bit about how you would actually answer this question. Given enough thought, almost any business owner who uses the Web for any purpose will probably realize that, even without any specifically designed Internet marketing campaign, they may already be marketing their products/services on the Internet.
Here I will analyze some subtle ways marketers normally use.
Does your business have a website?
If you answered this question with yes, you are already marketing your products/services online, only by virtue of having a website. Having a live website means that, potentially, curious Web users can access your website. You may not be actually advertising your website, but you may still discover that your website sparks interest in your products, despite the lack of advertising undertakings. This is just one of the forms of the passive marketing.
Do you take part in message boards, forums, adding a link to your website in your signature?
Again if your answer is yes, you are already marketing your website online. Smart business owners understand how important is to participate in industry related message boards or forums to excite the customers interest in their products/services, to prove themselves as well-informed about the industry and provide a link to their own website, even if it is in the signature line of their posts. Nevertheless, there are business owners that do not realize they may already unknowingly enjoy the benefits of Internet marketing. Forum participation means to them just do something they enjoy and may do as a leisure activity, but with good results in promoting their website.
Do you add business relevant keywords in the content of your website?
Business owners who say yes to this question are already marketing on the Internet, too. This happens by optimizing their website for these keywords. This search engine optimization (SEO) has an impact on the websites even if they were not even aware of the idea of keyword concentration and how this helps to SEO a website. Business owners will probably utilize certain words, unaware of the fact that they are keywords. Very often those words depend on the type of products and services they offer and it feels natural and sensible to use them. This attitude, however, can result in search engines pushing your website rankings for these specific keywords. The idea of SEO is much more complex than merely using keywords oftentimes. However, business owners can gain some benefit just by simply employing relevant keywords to their website.
Do you request online feedback from your customers?
Another example of how business owners may unintentionally market their business on the Internet is requesting feedback. Soliciting feedback from customers for business purposes is important and business owners who offer products online may ask for some feedback using online surveys. If this is done online, it makes it fall into the class of Internet Marketing, though the business owners may be doing this merely for a business purpose.
We have already talked about different methods business owners may already be using to perform online marketing. What about business owners who want to have an enhanced online presence? Business owners may be marketing online unintentionally, but may still wish to set in motion a full scale Web marketing campaign. The best way would be to hire an experienced Internet marketing adviser to assist them in creating an efficient campaign for their target audience.
