Kings, Ministers, And Peasants in MLM (computer programmer)

  There is no administrative system where all are Kings, all are ministers, and there are no Peasants.

Network marketing is a kind of competition for leadership.

– Those who compete better make the King.

– Those who do average are Ministers.

– Those who are just trying to be there are Peasants.

The King enjoys life changing money.

The minister enjoys some better grades.

The Peasants finds enough for peanuts.

In network marketing(MLM), every soldier wants to be the king! There is a constant performance fight and ultimately the king is the one who battled across to win and find the throne.

It takes a lot of skill to make it to the throne

Remember there can be only one king and the rest are trying to replace the king.

Network marketing is a constant fight to be the king, by virtue of performance and earning.

The Biggest Comedy in network marketing is that every network marketer that has a Peasant Qualification wants to be the King without cultivating the required skills.

The Biggest Irony and Tragedy in network marketing is that every peasant believes that he can be the King or the Minister with his peasant quantities.

When they are not able to earn enough in the system with their peasant quantities they blame the system. They do not investigate to see what makes the king to be The King.

Many people that are in to network marketing have more dreams than performance. This can be simplified as follows.

Our thoughts travel at lightening speed, but our foot travels just at the rate of 2 to 4 feet per movement

So, if we need to achieve the requirements of our thought (ambition, aim and goal) we need to work several thousand times at a better rate.

0.4% is considered a reasonable market conversion!

The MLM company or the product for which you are trying to make sale has a target 0.4% conversion rate target for the minimum per head. Say out of 100% if each of them is having a minimum 04% conversion it is very less and of course achievable by every down line. Just sell for 0.4%.

From the companys point of view if you are going to make just 0.4% sale from their target, it is enough for them. Let me tell you why?

In a network marketing system if the company is going to have 1000 people doing 0.4% sale then look at it this way:

1000 x 0.4% = 400% sales.

To an average network marketer it seems that they need to do ONLY 0.4% sales, but the company achieves a 400% sales which is 4 times more than its original target!

Whether you perform just 0.4% or 10% or 100% the MLM company is going to be on the profitable side.

Dont get me wrong, I just wanted to say if the MLM company has 1000 peasants doing just 0.4% it is enough for them!

But the company wants to boost their sales level from 400% to 800% how do they do this.

– They divide and rule! Create a difference.

– Peasants compete between themselves to be the minister or the king.

– The battle can be won by those that make the most shares.

– When this happens, the company grows and the people also grow based on how much they sell.

The best peasant graduates to be the minister, the best minister graduates to be the king!

Stop! Dont feel like MLM the company is making a fool out of you!

No, they are not. The company is not cheating you!

They are definitely rewarding you for what you do!

Communicate Your Business With Newsletters and Magazines

  Newsletters and Magazines are a great way to communicate, not only with customers but the general public as well. You will get your name out there and people will start talking about your business with others. You will not only be getting the exposure of the magazines but also word of mouth. Any business can benefit from these opportunities.

Newsletters

A newsletter is usually mailed out on a regular basis, giving up-to-date information. So what can a business newsletter have and do for your business? If you create a newsletter and publish it quarterly you will have repeated exposure to your clients and prospective clients. You want to keep you name in front of them so they do not forget about your services.

This way when they have a need for them you are the first one they think of. You will want to create a layout for your newsletter and once you have one you like stick with it. If you are constantly changing the layout, it will be hard for your customers to find the information they are looking for.

If they get used to specific information in one place all the time you do not want to be changing it in every newsletter. Be sure that your business information is in every newsletter. Talk about your product or services. Mention all new services and any specials that you are running.

You can also consider placing a coupon in your newsletters, this will help you attain new customers and keep established ones. Remind them of any holidays or local events that your services or products may be relevant to; this will increase your sales during these time periods. Getting your newsletter printed professionally will give them the finish you need to represent your company the way it deserves. Try to make them colorful and fun for the reader.

Magazines

Magazines are a great addition to business communications. These can be a source of revenue on a few levels. You will be talking, of course, about your product or services and how they can benefit people. It is a good idea to target your area and stay with that topic rather than venturing too far off topic.

Talk about how your products or services are going to be of great value for an upcoming holiday; Christmas or Labor Day for example. Include articles about various items, events or anything that relates to your business. You can run specials from time to time. Get businesses to advertise in your magazine will be an additional way to earn money from your magazine.

Contact local businesses that may be interested in your field. You can also contact businesses that are only an online business; they may want alternate sources of advertisement from time to time. The last way you can earn from your magazine is by subscription. Creating a good magazine with a variety of reading, ads, specials, events and more will attract readers that want to receive your magazine on a regular basis.

Why Network Marketing Is Not For You

  Are you adamant that network marketing is bad at any cost?

Please stop reading. This page is not for you!

Do you say yes to any one of the below?

– I have enough money and I do not need anything more in my life.

– I do not have enough time now and I don’t think I can make any.

– I cannot sell, selling is a sin.

– I am scared that people will think I am desperate for sales every time I talk to them.

– A regular paying job is more than enough for me. I need nothing more.

– I do not have enough money for the distributor kit. What if the kit becomes unusable? What if I cannot sell even one kit?

– I think network marketing is brain washing.

If you did say Yes to any of the above, network marketing is not for you either. You need not even take the basic interest to know what makes a good network marketer.

Perhaps, if you liked the product you can show your generosity by just purchasing a few products from the network marketer friend of yours and forget getting a distributorship.

Well, I listened to the warm up talks of an up line and I got the kit. I am serious about getting to be a good network marketer.

When I initially did sign up for MLM I had several views. My perception of MLM and my current views of MLM were more or less like the ones below:

– I can become rich by simply purchasing a distributor kit and creating a few down lines.

– I knew nothing about sales; I managed to create a few down lines from my friends and relatives somehow. Now, I think it is enough and they will do the work for me.

– I am not ready to make sales after a certain point; I want money coming to me from my down lines.

– I have worked hard in network marketing for quite sometime and I will stop now. In a few years from now, I will automatically become rich because I will be getting sales commission from my down lines.

– I have done enough, I am not selling or recruiting anymore, as the number of distributors in my down line increase I would make money automatically and I can sleep at home.

Whatever the case, if you have had one of these thoughts when you registered to be a network marketer, or if you still continue to have them be sure this is not your cup of tea. You need to learn the answer to the following questions if you are looking to improve at all or if you are willing to really perform you need to learn the answer to the following questions:

– Who makes the right fit for network marketing?

– Are people still surviving on network marketing?

– Are they not scared of it?

– Are they wasting their money getting expensive kits and scaring friends with sales pitch?

– How are they selling?

– Do they sell to friends!

I see people working for years in network marketing.they are good enough, but how do they do it. Thats the question for another article.
